Need help with your holiday meals or finding a gift for a loved one? Tennessee Disability Pathfinder can help! We’ve compiled a list of organizations that are providing meal and gift assistance this holiday season. Check our resource list out and connect with what you need this holiday season.

  • First Baptist Church of Clinton – Will be providing food boxes to those in need the Monday before Christmas (12/20) at 9am. Bring a photo ID and either a Christian Service Center Punch Card if you have one OR a piece of mail with your current address. Distribution will be in the parking lot at 225 N. Main St. Clinton, TN 37716. Contact: :615-356-4234
  • Jubilee Project– Sneedville ­– Providing Christmas dinner to Hancock County residents in need. Contact: (423) 733-4195 or jubileeprojectsneedville@gmail.com.
  • Jewish Family Service – Providing Kosher food boxes and gifts to those in need. Contact: (615) 356-4234 or info@jfsnashville.org.
  • Morgan-Scott Project – Provides Christmas gifts for children in Morgan and Scott Counties. Contact: (423)-965-3131
  • Springfield Baptist Church – Hosting 2021 OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD program in Robertson County. Contact: (615)-384-3581.
  • Nourish Food Bank: Smyrna – Provides meals and Christmas Baskets to individuals in need during the holiday season. You must obtain a ticket from the food bank prior to the giveaway dates. Please note that you will need proof of residence. Contact: (615) 355-0697.

  • FFUN Xmas Toy Giveaway – Hosting a toy giveaway for Memphis residents in need on 12/18 starting at 11:00 am. Contact: (901) 527-3149.

  • To qualify you must be a Tennessean with a disability over 18 or any family or caregiver in their household.
  • The program is available in 87/95 counties. They don’t have home health providers available in the Chattanooga area. However, they’re working on it.
  • Rather than the Tennessee Disability Coalition or our partners filling out online forms, everyone is referred to Disability Rights Tennessee’s main intake number. They have staff trained and ready to connect folks.
  • The Disability Right Tennessee phone number is 1-800-342-1660. Hablamos Español.

No proof of disability or citizenship is needed. Callers’ information will only be used to schedule the vaccine appointment. Information will not be shared for any other reason.

The Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee & the Cumberlands has some great reource information for those who are ready to rent, are behind on your house payments, about to miss a house payment or need a lower house payment.
