Sunday, Dec 19 from 2:30 – 4:30 pm OR Tuesday, Dec 21 from 9-11 am
If interested email Alyssa Tepfenhart at atepfenhart@healingartsprojectinc.org.

In this workshop, you’ll learn your rights as a griever through the holidays, whether it be related to a death, divorce, job, home loss, or coronavirus isolation. Explore, through art making, a way to express your grief, honor your loss, and examine images of hope. Additionally, resources for grief support and coping ideas for the holidays will be offered and discussed.

In order to gain the most from the workshop, please keep your video on, as this will help everyone come together, feel connected, and out of isolation.

Disclaimers: No prior art experience is necessary. This workshop will be led by an art therapist; however, this is not considered art therapy, but will be a healing art making experience.
