1 in 4 LGBTQ+ adults in the United States experienced food insecurity at some point. Recently, a policy enacted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture improves equitable access to SNAP and prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity, which is a step in the right direction–but this is not enough. Join us to learn more about hunger within the LGBTQ+ community.

TJC’s experienced advocates will discuss the root causes of hunger in the LGBTQ+ community and how we can advocate for systemic change to address food insecurity in our state during this free webinar.
