Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Mission at Home is hosting a free health event happening Saturday, April 29th from 8 AM-2 PM at the Nashville Fairgrounds. They will be offering free Medical, Dental, Vision and other health care services to those who are uninsured and underinsured within the community. This is a first come, first served event so registration is not required but encouraged to do so to provide the services needed.
