Finding and using disability resources can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when technology is involved. Tech Connect is here to make things easier by sharing tools and ideas that help people access support and services more easily. We focus on simple, practical technology solutions that improve daily life and help individuals and families stay connected to the resources they need.

Meet the Presenter:

Milton Neuenschwander is the State of TN Department of Disability & Aging (DDA) Director of Enabling Technology as part of the Division of Program Innovation. He received his education at Wabash College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion and Science. Milton has continued his education by studying topics in Person-Centered Practices, Staff Development, and Enabling Technology Integration. He has 18 years of experience in the areas of intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health services with a proven understanding of the concepts of Person-Centered Thinking, Employment First, and Technology.  His expertise in organizational development, capacity building, and project management has allowed him to lead the development of an Enabling Technology program for the State of TN.
