This month, as we celebrate Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, we embrace our theme: “We’re Here All Year!” At Pathfinder, our mission is to be a constant, reliable source of guidance and support for individuals with disabilities, and their families—every day, in every season.
As the West Tennessee Services Coordinator for Pathfinder, I am honored to serve the community. My role is to expand Pathfinder’s presence in West Tennessee, providing on-the-ground support for families and individuals with disabilities while spreading awareness of the many resources available through our program. With a background in case management and public health, I am passionate about connecting families with the right tools and services to navigate their unique journeys.
