New Counseling and Wellness Intensives program

Victoria Valdez, Founder & Operational Director of Tri-Synergy Counseling, leads the Spanish Speaking & Latinx Providers Group, connecting individuals with culturally competent therapists and counselors. Services are available in Spanish, English, and Farsi.
Tri-Synergy Counseling: Offers sliding scale fees and can assist individuals in securing funding through organizations like Healing in the Margins, which specifically supports LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

Program Structure: The program includes a 30-minute discovery call, a 45-90 minute wellness readiness call, personalized “Wellness Intensive Time,” an Anxiety Wellness Workbook, and a follow-up meeting one week post-intensive.
Target Audience: Designed for individuals feeling “stuck” due to work or school stress, or those seeking post-therapy support. It is not intended for severe mental health conditions, and it is different than traditional therapy.
Modalities: Incorporates evidence-based approaches like Brainspotting, LENS Neurofeedback, and Sand Tray Therapy, alongside relaxation techniques and mindfulness practices.
Format and Duration: Offered in both group (8-15 participants) and individual formats, with sessions ranging from 90 minutes to 3 hours.
Access: Available virtually and in-person, catering to diverse needs and preferences.
Addressing Cultural Considerations: The importance of culturally sensitive care when working with the Latino community, acknowledging potential stigma and unique barriers to seeking mental health support.
Victoria shares practical strategies for encouraging individuals to prioritize their mental well-being, such as engaging in open conversations about mental health and exploring alternative approaches to self-care.
