Employment Opportunities

The Tennessee Disability Coalition has a couple of paid opportunities:

First they are looking to hire a person with a disability to serve as an advocate on their REVUP TN Coalition! As a REVUP TN advocate, you will participate in voting and civic engagement activities, attend meetings, and help share information about REVUP TN events. Leadership Opportunities

Partners in Policymaking is now accepting applications for the 2024-25 class!

Partners in Policymaking® is a FREE leadership and advocacy training program from the TN Council on Developmental Disabilities.

Partners is for Tennessee residents who are:

  • Adults with a developmental disability, including intellectual disability
  • Parents, adult siblings, and other family members of a person with a developmental disability

Over the course of 8 months, Partners scholars will learn skills and resources to answer:

  • What does a good life look like for me, my family, and other people with developmental disabilities?
  • What is needed for that vision to come true?
  • How can I help make change toward that vision?
