Dear Friends of Pathfinder,
February is often associated with love, and at Tennessee Disability Pathfinder, we believe love is most powerful when it moves us to action.
Love shows up when we listen deeply, advocate persistently, and work to ensure individuals with disabilities and their families have access to the resources they need to live fully and with dignity. Advocacy, whether self‑advocacy, family advocacy, or systems‑level change, is one of the most meaningful ways we show care for one another.
This month’s Compass highlights stories, tools, and opportunities rooted in that belief: that love leads the way when we stand up for what matters. Thank you for being part of a community that continues to show up with compassion, commitment, and purpose.
In partnership and shared purpose,
Sheena Adams-Avery, CDT, CDP
