The Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (TDMHSAS) is offering free, confidential online mental health screenings to help Tennesseans better understand their emotional health. These quick tools are designed to help you reflect on how you’re feeling and whether you might benefit from talking to a professional.
