Accessibility (ADA Accessibility) is the idea that people should have equal access to the same programs, services, and areas regardless of their abilities. Making things accessible for people with disabilities means making it easier for them to use and access buildings, transportation, and information. It helps them to live more independently and participate fully in society. We believe everyone deserves equal access to information and resources. Creating an accessible workplace isn’t just about meeting legal requirements—it’s about creating an inclusive and diverse work environment where all employees can thrive.

Here are some simple ideas to make your workplace more accessible:

  1. Provide adjustable desks and chairs
  2. Install ramps and handrails
  3. Use clear signage and labels
  4. Consider assistive and enabling technology, such as screen reader programs, available to support various disabilities
  5. Offer regular training on inclusivity and accessibility.
