ConnectAbility connects people with disabilities to resources and support. It is our goal to help people living with disabilities find the help and support they need, so we’ve created a special section dedicated to helping people with disabilities connect with some highlighted resources each month.

Every day, people with disabilities are proving that they have what it takes to succeed in the workplace. They bring valuable skills and talent to the table, making important contributions to America’s businesses.

These are messages that bear repeating far and wide. And that’s what the Campaign for Disability Employment (CDE) is all about: connecting with local organizations to recruit qualified people with disabilities.

What can YOU do?

State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR)  agencies can help your business find skilled workers with disabilities in your area? Contact your state VR agency or The NET for more info. Disability:IN and local Business Leadership Networks also offer support for disability inclusion in the workplace. These resources can help you find skilled workers who are ready to excel in your business. Get in touch with a Business Services Representative at your local American Job Center for assistance with recruiting, hiring, and training employees. The CDE is revolutionizing the workplace with its commitment to inclusivity and support for all workers.
