This section is dedicated to important events, surveys, etc., from organizations across the state, where participation from the community is needed. The only way for organizations to know how best to serve you, is that you let your voice be heard. Check out opportunities to engage below.
What Disability-Related Changes Do You Want to See in Our State?
Share your needs in this 15-minute survey
- This survey is your chance to tell FOUR statewide disability agencies what you need. They ask questions about:
- What’s working well for people with disabilities in Tennessee?
- What’s not working well?
- What support gaps need to be filled?
- The survey will take about 15 minutes. It is available in both English and Spanish.
- The organizations will use this information to decide what change to work on for the next 5 years.
The TNDD Network is a partnership between the Tennessee Council on Developmental Disabilities, Disabilities Rights Tennessee, UTHSC Center on Developmental Disabilities, and the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center UCEDD. We are working together to better understand the needs of the disability community across our state
Each partner is preparing to write a new five-year workplan. These plans outline the future goals and priority areas of each organization. Think of them as the roadmap to how we will help create long-term change in state programs and public policy that impacts Tennesseans with disabilities and their families. We need your input before writing these plans! Fill out the survey here. Survey ends on August 31, 2024.
