Employment Opportunities

Camp Conquest is looking to fill several positions this summer! See information below and find out where you can best help to make a camper’s life special.

Positions Open:

Camp Nurses                  Any Age

Missionaries                   Ages 15+

Junior Missionaries   Ages 13-15

Camp Parents               Ages 30+

Job Descriptions:

Camp Nurses: Camp nurses have the daily responsibility of delivering medications to everyone on campus, as well as handling any medical emergencies during camp. Depending on the needs of the week, nurses may be asked to assist in the kitchen and other areas around camp.

Missionaries: Missionaries will be paired one on one with the camper of their choice. During camp, Missionaries are not only a friend but they help make camp possible for our campers. This role includes keeping campers safe and encouraging them during activities, assisting in everyday routines (including hygiene), and helping make activities accessible to everyone. A Missionaries biggest responsibility is to truly love our campers selflessly and right where they are, just as the example of Christ teaches us.

Jr. Missionaries: As the youngest members of the Camp Conquest Missionary Team, Jr. Missionaries will help ensure camp runs smoothly for the campers. Jr. Missionaries will be helping in the dish room and kitchen. When not on duty in the kitchen they will be assigned to a cabin and serve as an extra set of hands. This is a great opportunity to learn the skills they will need for future summers.

Camp Parents: While Camp Parents are not paired as a one-on-one with a camper, they still get to help with a  cabin group. This includes aiding the other Missionaries and being an overall parental figure with the staff in your cabin whenever they are not helping in the kitchen or other areas of camp. This is a perfect role for parents or guardians who are accompanying a youth group or their own child who is also a Missionary.
